1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TipMe’s services, including our mobile application and website (collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use our Services.

2. Definitions

– “Company” refers to TipMe for Payment Services Provider Co. L.L.C., Office No. 43-44, Owned by Dubai Municipality – Bur Dubai – Al Fahidi, Dubai, UAE.

“User” refers to anyone accessing or using the Services, including tip providers and service workers.

 “Account” means a registered profile to access specific features of the Services.

 “Content” includes all data, materials, and information shared or uploaded through the Services.

3. Eligibility

To use TipMe, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

By using TipMe, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration: Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Failure to do so may result in account termination.

4.2 Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. TipMe is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a User’s failure to secure their account.

4.3 Account Closure: Users may close their account by contacting us at support@tipme.ae, provided there are no pending transactions.

5. Permissible Use

By using TipMe, you agree not to:

Engage in unlawful activities.

Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Attempt to access or interfere with another User’s account.

Use the Services in any way that could harm TipMe or its Users.

TipMe reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Fees and Transactions

6.1 Service Fees: TipMe charges a service fee of 7% of the tip amount, with a minimum of 1.5 AED. Additional processing fees may apply based on the selected payment method.

6.2 Transaction Limits: The maximum allowable tip per transaction is AED 300.

6.3 Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways. TipMe is not liable for delays caused by these providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All TipMe trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by the Company. Users may not use these without prior written consent.

Users retain ownership of the Content they submit but grant TipMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their Content for service-related purposes.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of TipMe is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Termination

TipMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, Users must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. TipMe makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipMe disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.

12. Amendments

TipMe may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or the TipMe platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
